Cricket Betting Markets — Know Every Type of Bet
T20 World Cup, IPL, BPL — for every major tournament, 29bd offers a wide range of betting markets. The popular bet types are explained in plain language below.
| Bet Type (Market) | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Match Winner | Bet on which team will win the match. | Bangladesh vs India — pick the team you think will win. |
| Toss Winner | Predict which team will win the toss before the match starts. | Both teams have roughly equal chances — a simple and quick bet. |
| Top Batsman | Which batter will score the most runs in an innings? | Look at the form of the team's best batter before deciding. |
| Total Runs Over/Under | Bet on whether the total runs scored will be above or below a set number. | Will the total runs in a T20 innings be more or less than 165? |
| Runs in an Over | How many runs will be scored in a specific over? | Will a powerplay over produce 10+ runs? |
| Method of Dismissal | How will the next wicket fall — bowled, caught, LBW? | Caught out is the most common — a popular bet. |
| Player of the Match | Who will be named the best player of the match? | Players who deliver all-round performances tend to be the top picks. |
Live Betting: Odds change after every wicket or big shot during the match. As overs and runs accumulate, live odds are recalculated and updated continuously — this is the most exciting part of in-play betting.

Types of Slot Games
Many players are unaware of just how varied online slot games can be. The six main types are explained in plain language here.
Classic Slots
Traditional three-reel slots — simple rules, cherry-bar-seven symbols. An ideal starting point for beginners. Microgaming and NetEnt are well-known names in this type.
Video Slots
Modern five-reel slots — rich animations, bonus rounds, and free spins. Pragmatic Play and PG Soft produce world-class games in this category.
Jackpot Slots
A small portion of every bet builds up into a large prize pool. A progressive jackpot can be won on any spin.
Megaways Slots
The number of symbols on each reel changes with every spin, creating thousands of different ways to win. Pragmatic Play has exciting games in this format.
Cascading Reels
Winning symbols disappear and new ones fall from above — giving you the chance to win multiple times from a single spin. PG Soft and Pragmatic Play use this mechanic.
Cluster Pays
Instead of lines, a prize is awarded when a cluster of identical symbols forms. Pragmatic Play's Sweet Bonanza is a well-known example of this system.
Jackpot Games
29bd offers various types of jackpot games. Find out how these prizes accumulate and how they can be won.
Progressive Jackpot Slots
A small portion of every bet is added to the jackpot pool, making it grow over time. When a lucky player hits the jackpot combination, the entire pool goes to them and resets back to zero.
Live Casino Side-Bet Jackpot
Place a side bet while playing live baccarat or blackjack. A specific card combination triggers the jackpot — adding extra excitement alongside the main game.
Crash Game Multiplier
In crash games like Aviator, the multiplier keeps rising — cash out at the right moment to win big. The longer you wait, the bigger the potential reward — but the risk increases too.
