29bd Terms and Conditions

1.1 General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonuses, and promotional offers on the 29bd platform ("Platform"). When you create an account, log in, or use any service on this platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

29bd is a safe and reliable online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. It offers various gaming entertainment including cricket betting, sports betting, slots, and live casino.

1.2 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To participate on the 29bd platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate. If false or misleading information is provided, 29bd reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances. The same rule applies if you fail to present valid identification during subsequent verification.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 29bd support team immediately.

2.4 Account Closure or Suspension

29bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Fraudulent activity, false information, or suspected bonus abuse is detected.
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified.
• A payment reversal or chargeback is initiated.
• A self-exclusion request is submitted under the responsible gaming policy.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

29bd currently supports the following payment methods:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account or a payment method in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is processed, funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes. A withdrawal request may be delayed or cancelled if the following conditions are not met:

• Account verification has not been completed.
• The wagering requirements for a bonus have not been fulfilled.
• Fraud or an unusual betting pattern is detected.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) documents have not been submitted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

29bd offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The example below shows how the bonus works:

• If you deposit ৳1,000 — you receive a bonus of ৳2,000 — giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳6,000 or more — the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward completing the wagering requirement.
• Unusual betting strategies (such as placing opposing bets simultaneously) will be excluded from wagering.

4.3 Other Promotions & Offers

Regular promotional offers, reload bonuses, cashback, and special tournament offers may carry their own terms. These terms will be clearly stated in each offer's description. Where there is a conflict with the general Terms, the specific offer's terms will apply.

5.1 VIP Tiers

29bd has five VIP tiers. Weekly cashback rewards are given at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier happens through regular and active gaming. Tier placement is entirely at 29bd's discretion.

5.2 Changes to VIP Benefits

29bd reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback rates, or the tier placement method at any time. Users will be notified of such changes as far in advance as possible.

6.1 Bet Validity

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless 29bd takes the initiative to do so. Bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Odds & Payouts

29bd reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, bets placed at those odds will be cancelled.

6.3 Result Determination

Results for cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports are determined based on announcements by the relevant international governing body. In the case of any disputed result, 29bd's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same outcome (arbitrage).
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or vulnerability.
• Logging into another person's account or selling or transferring an account.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

8.1 Service Availability
